All customers attempting to purchase a LEO Identifier must be a Law Enforcement Officer. 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry a LEO Identifier, according to federal, state or local laws. 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. makes no guarantee either expressed or implied, as to any matter not expressly provided herein, including without limitation, the condition, quality, design, or fitness of the LEO Identifier for use in any particular situation. By purchasing a LEO Identifier from 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C., whether by phone, mail, electronic mail (email) or in person, the buyer grants that he/she is in compliance under any federal, state, or local laws and legally able to purchase or possess a LEO Identifier. The purchase of any product(s) from 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. does not constitute legal permission to use the item. Any use is done solely at the responsibility of the purchaser. You are solely responsible to know and follow the local, state and federal laws pertaining to the items you design and order from 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. In addition, you represent and affirm that you have proper authorization to purchase and use any items designed on our site. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you do not intend to use the LEO Identifier for any criminal purpose and that you are over the age of 18 years old. By acceptance of the LEO Identifier, purchaser agrees that 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C shall have no liability to purchaser or any person whatsoever for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from handling, use, display, or storage of the LEO Identifier.
The LEO Identifier merchandise we sell are professional quality public safety badges. The LEO Identifier is worn by many professionals daily as part of their uniform or stored away in the provided pouch for rapid deployment from their pocket. Members of the public respect the badge, so it's important to us that badges only go to individuals who will use them properly. Proper and full IDENTIFICATION is required for any official badge order (even if it doesn't fall into any of the categories listed below):
· Any badge that refers to Law enforcement. This includes, but is not limited to: Police, Sheriff, Deputy, Trooper, Marshal, Constable, Highway Patrol, Parole, Probation, Peace Officer, Corrections, and Patrolman.
· Any badge that refers to Schools. This includes but is not limited to Campus Security/Police and University Security/Police.
· Any badge with a Federal Seal. A Federal Seal will only be used for Federal Agencies.
In order to add the LEO Identifier to your shopping cart, you must first fill out all required fields of the Credential Verification Form which includes your: legal name, employment agency, agency address, badge or credential number, administrative contact, and administrative contacts phone number. After all required fields have been filled out, you will be able to place your order. Once your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation of the order. If additional verification is required, we will notify you with full instructions on what is required via email. Typical requirements are copies of identification [BOTH an official ID and a government issued ID (such as a Driver’s License)]. In some cases, additional documentation specific to the order, state, or agency may be required. Identification documents can be submitted to our secure server using a unique link corresponding to your order. The link will be provided when you receive your order confirmation. 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. may require verification of identity for any order. Once we receive verification, your LEO Identifier will be in production. If you cannot provide ID documents, you can request that we cancel the order. Please submit all requests by email to orders@4manelementtactical.com and indicate the reason for the request.
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance. Though we make every attempt to verify the identification of a purchaser, the law prohibits the fraudulent use of any badge or identification. Therefore, we may also cancel any order if we feel we cannot sell the item requested. Orders cancelled for this reason will be fully refunded.
Even if you have proper IDENTIFICATION, we WILL NOT produce, sell, or ship any of the following types of badges, of any style, to individuals with the wording:
· Homeland Security, CIA, FBI, DEA, DHS, US Marshal, or any other Federal agency. Please contact your respective agency directly.
· NYPD: Badges with the name, seal, or any style with the wording "City of New York Police Department" or "NYPD". Please contact the NYPD directly.
· Los Angeles County: Badges with the name or seal of the County of Los Angeles (LA) require prior written authorization from the LA County. Please contact the LA County directly to obtain permission in writing prior to placing your order.
· City of Dallas: Badges with the name or seal of the “City of Dallas” require prior written authorization from the City of Dallas. Please contact the City of Dallas directly to obtain permission in writing prior to placing your order.

Please note that we at 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. do all that we can to accommodate the special requests that our customers have. If you have a special request for customization, contact us prior to placing your order at custom-made@4manelementtactical.com. Please note that the comments (that customers leave in their order during the checkout process) will be handled as a request, and they may or may not be executed before the order is processed. Due to the large volume of orders incurred, customers will not be notified if we are unable to accommodate those requests. Furthermore, please be aware that your comments will not be seen by shipping carriers and delivery directions will not be followed.

Due to any requested customization, items purchased are considered a final sale and cannot be returned. If there is a defect, please contact our returns department at returns@4manelementtactical.com prior to shipping it back to us. By ordering these items you agree to these terms.

From time-to-time, items will be offered for sale at a reduced price. Customers who bought any item prior to a sale do not have a right to the difference unless stated in the sale. It is our policy that sale prices only apply to new a purchase. Sale prices do not apply to orders placed before the sale went into effect and we will not credit customers with the difference in price between the sale price and the original price.
Please be aware that the clearance items are in limited supply and only available while supplies last. If we run out of a clearance item, we are not obligated to provide it to you at a later time. If these items become out of stock after you place your order, they will be removed and cancelled from your order without notice in order to expedite the shipment of in stock items. Please note that clearance items do not have any warranty.

Rest assured we use the highest level of encryption possible to prevent the theft of your information. Squarespace checkout pages are protected by SSL and are Level 1 PCI compliant, using 128 bit SSL encryption. SSL is used to protect online transactions and ensure that confidential and sensitive information (e.g. credit card information, user login credentials, personal data) is encrypted and transmitted securely.
However, we realize some people still would prefer not to send their sensitive information over the internet. Therefore, we do allow customers to mail their orders to us. If you cannot order on the website or are concerned about giving your credit card number or personal information over the internet, feel free to mail in your order. You can check your total costs including shipping & handling by selecting the items you want on the web site. Then go to the checkout section and enter your address (You will be able to see your total including shipping before having to enter a credit card number). We will handle your order as quickly as possible. We will e-mail or call you if there is a problem with the order.
Customers mailing in their orders may pay with their credit card, personal check, or U.S. money order. If a personal check is used, it will be deposited before the order is processed and shipped to ensure sufficient funds are available. Therefore, by paying with a personal check, the order may be delayed for up to 3-4 weeks.A $35.00 bank fee will automatically be incurred on all returned checks. If this occurs, we will attempt to contact you immediately at which time we will require full payment of your account, including the additional bank fees. The account MUST then be paid-in-full via credit card or cashier's check. If the account is NOT paid off in full within a reasonable period of time (30 days from our receipt of the returned check), your account will then be forwarded to our collection agency for further pursuance and additional incurred charges.

4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. offers USPS Priority Flat-rate Shipping on any order that is shipped to any of the 50 United States (and Washington, D.C.), P.O. Boxes, select U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands), or to an APO/DPO/FPO address. Flat-Rate: $9.40 per order, $1.00 per item. Tracking information will be provided for all orders. We also offer free delivery of any sized order to zip code 78840. Furthermore, we offer 15 days from the order's shipment date to return any new products.

Most standard single-item orders placed before 11am Central Standard Time will be processed from our warehouse the same day and ship within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Federal holidays and weekends), provided credential verification has been received, if required. For the shipping of a customized product or for large department purchase orders, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery time.
We ship packages via USPS. USPS Priority Mail® service includes USPS Tracking®, up to $100 of insurance with most shipments, and delivery in 1-3 business days (including Saturday) depending on the ship-to location. If your order is over $100, the amount of merchandise purchased will be covered with the purchase of additional USPS insurance; maximum $50,000 per shipment order. Check delivery time estimates on the USPS Priority Mail Delivery Map. USPS does NOT consider Sunday or holidays to be "shipping days". USPS does not guarantee their PRIORITY shipping method but will deliver to PO Boxes. Large department purchase orders will be insured for the amount of the order, may be shipped in multiple packages, and additional USPS service fees will apply. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
We make every attempt to ship most of our orders within 24 to 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). If there is to be an extended delay in shipping your order due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt within all reasonable means to contact you for further instructions.
We also cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in any specified time frame. There are instances where USPS will delay the shipment of a package due to unforeseen events. If your package has been delayed beyond its scheduled delivery time, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges. Please be aware that USPS do not have any guarantees as to the delivery time of its packages. Again, for the shipping of a customized product or for large department purchase orders, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery time.
Should a package be lost or damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to report the loss to 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner. Lost USPS packages must be reported within 10 days of the original ship date. USPS will not allow us to open a claim before 45 days from the original ship date. If you feel that your USPS package has been lost, you must submit your concern in writing to claims@4manelementtactical.com so that we may open a claim with USPS. Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 46 days, and 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. assumes no responsibility for claims made after 46 days. In some cases, and for some items, a stolen property report may need to be filed with your local Police Department for us to work on a refund or replacement. This includes, but is not limited to, the LEO Identifier or any large order.

4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. currently offers many ways to pay during checkout. We accept the four major credit cards as payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Currently, we do not accept Paypal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

At 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C., we take very strict precautions to ensure that our orders are verified to guard against fraud. We use a credit card authorization system that verifies your credit card number to the billing address that the bank/credit card has on file. This means that using an address different than the billing address listed on file with the bank/credit card company may delay the package and cause us to put your order on hold until we can verify your information. If possible, please use the same billing and shipping information for your order. Again, we may be forced to put the order on hold until we can verify all the information. 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. will not be responsible for upgrading the shipping or offering a discount of any sort should either of these situations occur. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information are accurate. Currently, we are not able to ship orders to a freight forwarding or cargo company.

The customer is responsible for making sure their order is accurate (shipping address, shipping method, and items ordered including colors and quantities). If you do make an error in ordering, you will have to follow our Return Policy. 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. will not be responsible for errors made by customers entering wrong information. We will not reship the order for free, nor pay for the incorrect items to be shipped back to us. Items needing to be returned are subject to our Return Policy.

We do have a very customer friendly returns policy, but there are of course a few reasons we would not be able to accept a return. Here are a few exceptions to our Simple and Easy Returns Policy (nothing out of line, we promise):
· Return Merchandise Authorization requested after 15 days.
· If the product is unsatisfactory, customers can return it within 15 days and exchange it for a different product.
· If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, unused, non-clearance/sale merchandise.
· If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that you can return or exchange a non-customized item within 15 days of the delivery date by USPS flat-rate shipping for a full refund.
· All final sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders and personalized orders (custom and personalized orders made especially for you are nonreturnable. These are items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g., finish, color, size) or where a manufacturer builds only to order.).
· Dirt, sand, sun and/or water damage, antiperspirant stains, makeup, animal fur, etc.
· Obvious odors such as cigarette smoke, perfume or colognes, etc.
· Related paperwork, inserts, and/or instructions pamphlets are absent.
· Custom made items, including all custom badges, are not eligible for return.
· In some cases, and for some items, a stolen property report may need to be filed with your local Police Department for us to work on a refund or replacement. This includes, but is not limited to, large orders and others.
Please note that as soon as we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to the original credit card. However, we can only issue refunds to your credit card within 15 days of the original shipment date. If you send back a return that is 16 days or more after the original shipment date, you will be issued a store credit via a promo code to be used on your next order.
4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. rarely charges restocking fees, but in extreme scenarios of clearly used merchandise, dirty merchandise or merchandise extremely covered in pet hair, items missing all packaging, etc., at our discretion 4 MAN ELEMENT TACTICAL GEAR L.L.C. will charge a small restocking fee.

4 Simple Steps:
1-Email us at returns@4manelementtactical.com with the explanation for your return.
2-You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
3-Follow the steps to submit your new return, and receive your USPS shipping label. A $12 label fee may apply, will be deducted from your refund.
4-Package up your return - All you need to include in your return package is the merchandise (which is in its original, brand-new condition and its original packaging).
The return shipping label you generate and use has all of your order information we need.
Drop off your return at any post office, or you can also arrange a free USPS pick up for your package.
We will process your return as soon as possible once we receive your package! Sometimes this can take up to 1-2 weeks.
